LAKE HENRY – It will be the Sobieski Skis vs. the Regal Eagles in the Stearns County Classic amateur baseball tournament final at 2 p.m. today.

Both teams won two games in the eight-team tournament, which was played at Lake Henry and St. Martin.

Sobieski beat the Cold Spring Rockies 4-3.

Cole Jendro got the pitching win, striking out nine. Andrew Gurbada was 2-for-2 with a home run and three RBI. Joey Hanowski was 2-for-4 and Spencer Fenske was 2-for-3.

For Cold Spring, Mike Holbrook and Rick Burtzel each hit solo homers.

Sobieski then beat the Lake Henry Lakers 4-2.

Tyler Jendro got the pitching win, striking out six. Hanowski was 2-for-3 with a double and Nate Olson was 1-for-3 with a two-run homer. The Skis scored all four runs in the first.

For Lake Henry, Lieser was 2-for-4 with a home run.
